FAQs About Coaching
Who is coaching for?
Coaching can be helpful for people who are:
Ready for their next level – in life, their career, leadership, business, you name it
At a transition point or crossroad in their lives
In a new role, working for a new company, or wanting to excel in their current role or company
Up against challenges in their careers (boss, team members, team, cross-functional partners, etc.) and want to navigate them differently and successfully
Wanting to align their leadership to who they are or discover their leadership voice
Burnt out and needing to reset
Trying to decide if they should leave their 9-5 and start their own business, the timing of that decision, if it’s a yes, and then a plan to move forward
Have goals they want to reach but can’t seem to make headway
Work best with accountability to keep them moving forward
Does this sound like you?
Who is coaching not a fit for?
Coaching is not likely a fit if you are:
Seeking industry-specific advice
Seeking to be taught a tactical skill
Needing a resume rewrite, interview prep, or career path advice. (Instead, look for a career coach)
Are looking for me to consult and share information about my career, companies I’ve worked for, licensing, etc.
Looking for therapeutic support
Wanting advice or looking for “the answer”
Comfortable in your current patterns
Not ready to explore new possibilities
Already making great traction in your life and happy with your results
Clear on your vision and are able to easily make it come to life, and not get in your own way

Absolutely! I am trained as a life and executive coach who can help people from any walk of life. And I have found that being a creative myself, and working with someone who doesn’t have that background actually is a powerful partnership because of the differences.
My marketing is focused on creatives because that’s where I have spent my career and where my connections are. But I have passion to work with people from all walks of life.
