Helping illuminate your inner brilliance so you can boldly live your authentic life and reconnect with what truly matters to you.

Here’s a bit of my story

My Multi-Passionate Journey

Perhaps like you, I have many passions. Isn’t that what it means to live the creative life? To follow one’s heart, even when it’s scary? (ESPECIALLY when it’s scary!)

I have lived my multi-passionate creative journey as an artist & designer, creative director & VP, podcast host, and now life coach – to name a few. I love to learn. To explore. To help others. To flow, grow and be challenged. It keeps me feeling alive, excited and impactful in my life’s journey.

I’ve found the most success in my life when I feel an unmistakable “heck yes!” inside me when I come to a crossroad, and I choose to pursue it.

It becomes an anchor for me when times on that path get tough, or are unclear, and it gives me resilience in the midst of life’s challenges because I know I’m listening to my inner wisdom.

What’s your ‘tell’?

I’ve also found during times when I’ve struggled and reached out to the wise souls in my life, their ability to ask me insightful questions that challenge my thinking or bring to light something that is in my way, has transformed my life.

It’s in moments like this that I was introduced to the essence and power of coaching.

The Choice That Presents Itself

There's this quote by Anaïs Nin that spoke to me at a pivotal point in my life:

"And the day came when the risk to remain tight in a bud was more painful than the risk it took to bloom."

Once truths in my life were brought out of the darkness and into light, I had a choice. Stay the same – stuck, frustrated and fearful (tight in a bud), or make different choices, wrestle my limiting beliefs to the ground, and move towards my dreams (choose to bloom). I try to choose the latter as often as I can. It’s not an easy path. And I won’t say I win at every opportunity.

But I will say, that for each decision I make from the best version of myself, I find myself becoming more and more of the woman I want to be.

And that brings me joy in the midst of the crossroads.

Letting Passion Guide Me

Some of you may wonder - why would a successful creative want to pivot and become a life coach?

And my answer to that is - why can’t we have a chance to become alllll the things we want to be? Our life’s journey is quite long, if we are lucky, and I’m a curious soul and love to learn.

In 2018 I attended a weekend coach training intensive to see if it was something I wanted to pursue. Two years later, in 2021 during Covid, I became certified. I will say that learning coaching and it’s principles has truly changed my approach and perspective in life.

I’ve always had a passion for guiding others to see their inner brilliance through personality tests (hello Enneagram & MBTI - to name a few!). Throughout my career, I’ve found myself mentoring creatives, being a listening ear, asking insightful questions and challenging them to imagine ‘why not you?’ for decades. It’s been an integral part of who I am. Continuing my education in coaching gave me the opportunity to sharpen my natural skills and put them to helpful use.

And now, I'm excited to help you design your life path, overcome obstacles, and rediscover your innate brilliance – because sometimes we all need someone in our corner, someone who can make the invisible visible, and partner with us to reach our goals and find our way back to our authentic selves.

But my story didn’t start on an easy route. Those ‘natural’ skills were honed in some fire. Who’s with me?

Turning Pain into Purpose

As a naturally curious soul and good listener, for much of my life, these innate abilities became honed through helping me navigate a variety of storms at home. My ability to listen between the lines became strengthened as I sensed my family’s moods and needs, learning to respond ‘perfectly’ to even the slightest shifts in the environment in order to stay safe in a family of mental illness and substance abuse.

My natural proclivities were used for protection instead of flourishing into superpowers for good.

Through my relationship with my higher power, my husband, reading, therapy and loving friends, I discovered something life-changing: having someone truly see you and speak into your life isn’t just nice – it’s transformational. Receiving that love, knowledge, and learning new tools changed everything for me.

I took control of my life and got to work on my healing journey. I started taking courageous and different steps forward. My legs instead of being stuck became mobile. And my outlook on life changed, and continues to.

During my healing journey, I saw a choice yet again. Continue to let my pain rob my life of joy and health or choose to heal and use my now super-strengths to help others.

Hurt people, hurt people. And I want to be a healed person who helps guide people towards healing.

Now, through coaching, I’m excited to help others like you find their own way whatever it may be, by listening deeply, asking questions, bringing insights to light, and helping them achieve their goals and dreams.
